BFP Agility Cross Ladder

Coordination-Ladder -  Fixed in cross formation to combine forward and lateral movement!

The Cross Agility Ladder allows 4-way training.

With this coordination leader you can train individually or with two, three or four athletes.

Each of the four 4-meter-long coordination ladders comes with a different rung color (blue, white, red, yellow). The size of the fields can be individually adjusted for each segment and each agility ladder.

With the 4-way cross coordination ladder you can train simple and complex running patterns.
